Terms of Service

By accessing or using FriggAgent at friggagent.com ("the Service"), you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Frigg Home Bulgaria AD, a company incorporated under the laws of Bulgaria, European Union ("we", "us", "our", "the Company").

FriggAgent is an AI-powered personal agent platform that allows users to connect their Google accounts and instruct an AI agent to perform tasks on their behalf across Google services, including but not limited to Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Gmail, and YouTube.

The AI agent functionality is powered by Anthropic's Claude models. The Service is hosted on Vercel infrastructure.

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age (or the minimum digital consent age in your country of residence, whichever is higher).
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately at administrative@frigghome.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

The Service requires you to connect your Google account via OAuth 2.0. By doing so, you:

• Authorize FriggAgent to access the Google services and data you select during the OAuth consent flow.
• Acknowledge that all agent actions performed on your Google account are executed at your explicit instruction.
• Remain solely responsible for the instructions you give to your agent and the consequences of those actions on your Google account and data.
• Can revoke this authorization at any time via your Google Account permissions page or from within the Service settings.

We access your Google data strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including EU law and Bulgarian law.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Send unsolicited commercial communications (spam) via Gmail or any other connected service.
• Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to harm, defraud, deceive, or harass any person.
• Circumvent any security or authentication measures.
• Use the Service in a manner that could damage, overload, or impair our systems or the systems of third parties.
• Use the Service to process data belonging to third parties without their explicit consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.

FriggAgent uses AI to interpret your instructions and execute actions on connected Google services. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are fully responsible for reviewing, confirming, and accepting any action your agent proposes to take.
• AI systems can make errors, misinterpret instructions, or produce unexpected results.
• Irreversible actions (such as permanently deleting emails or files) are your sole responsibility once confirmed.
• We strongly recommend reviewing agent actions before confirming irreversible operations.
• We are not liable for any loss of data, unintended modifications, or other consequences resulting from agent actions you authorized.

All content, design, software, and technology comprising the Service, excluding Google services and Anthropic's models, are the exclusive property of Frigg Home Bulgaria AD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google, Anthropic, and Vercel. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and operational. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily interrupt availability.
• Change features, pricing, or functionality with reasonable notice to registered users.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the Service at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FRIGG HOME BULGARIA AD AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR €100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory EU consumer protection law or Bulgarian law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Frigg Home Bulgaria AD and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at administrative@frigghome.com or using the account deletion feature within the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice except where immediate termination is required due to a breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Upon termination, we will delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to any legal retention obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and, where applicable, the law of the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bulgaria.

If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email and will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
