1. Introduction

Frigg Home Bulgaria AD ("we", "us", or "our") operates FriggAgent, an AI-powered personal agent platform accessible at friggagent.com ("the Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about you, including data accessed through your Google account, when you use FriggAgent.

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

3. What Data We Access

When you connect your Google account to FriggAgent, you grant us OAuth-based access to certain Google services as selected by you during the authorization process. Depending on the permissions you grant, this may include:
  • Google Drive: to browse, read, create, organize, and manage your files and folders.
  • Google Docs: to read, create, and edit documents on your behalf.
  • Google Sheets: to read, create, and edit spreadsheets on your behalf.
  • Google Calendar: to read, create, modify, and delete calendar events on your behalf.
  • Gmail: to read, search, draft, send, label, archive, and manage your email messages.
  • YouTube: to read your channel data, manage videos, metadata, and monitor channel memberships.

All access to Google user data is performed in real-time, on demand, strictly in response to explicit instructions you provide to your FriggAgent.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use the Google account data we access solely to fulfill the specific actions you instruct your agent to perform. We do not use your data for any other purpose. Specifically:
  • We do not store your Google user data on our own servers beyond the duration of an active agent session.
  • We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your Google user data to any third party for marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes.
  • We do not use your Google user data to train AI models, including those provided by our technology partners.
  • We do not use your data to build user profiles or for any automated decision-making unrelated to your explicit requests.

Our use of data obtained via Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Processors and Third-Party Services

Data transferred to processors in the United States is governed by appropriate safeguards under GDPR Chapter V, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. We do not share your Google user data with any other third parties.

6. Data Retention

FriggAgent operates as a real-time agent. Your Google user data is processed transiently during agent task execution and is not persistently stored on our systems after the task is completed.

We may retain the following non-Google data for operational purposes:

  • Account information (e.g., your name and email address used to register for the Service): retained for the duration of your account.
  • Agent task logs (action descriptions, timestamps, without raw Google data content): retained for up to 90 days for debugging and support purposes.
  • OAuth tokens: stored securely and encrypted, retained until you revoke access or delete your account.

7. Your Rights under GDPR

As a user in the European Union (or as applicable under your local law), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
  • Right of access: request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification: request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure: request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Right to restriction: request that we limit how we process your data.
  • Right to data portability: request your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Right to object: object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Right to withdraw consent: withdraw your Google OAuth authorization at any time.

8. Revoking Google Account Access

You can disconnect your Google account from FriggAgent at any time by:

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
  • OAuth 2.0 for all Google account access (no passwords are stored).
  • Encrypted storage of OAuth tokens.
  • Access controls limiting data access to authorized processes only.
  • Secure HTTPS connections for all data in transit.

10. Children's Privacy

FriggAgent is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at administrative@frigghome.com and we will promptly delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and notify registered users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
